Plus, Susan and Gary Bailey, who planned to rent out their buy-to-let investment home in East London and took on an agent to deal with tenants on their behalf. However, after they withdrew from the deal, the couple found themselves locked out of their own property when he changed the locks, and they have been unable to get any help from the police.
