Veteran detective Tokita (Etsushi Toyokawa) and his partner Shiina (Tomoya Nakamura) are an unconventional duo assigned to an international drug-dealing investigation. Shiina begins to tease the carefree Tokita. In the dispatch room, Misato begins to size up newcomer Arira. As the investigation stalls, Isayama and Ichijo, hired on an illegal website, meet in a warehouse.
