In Weybridge, Phil's taken back to a not-so-swinging 60s pad that's been inherited by brother and sister Nigel and Beverley Mort. Whilst the families are out, Phil goes in for a snoop around, and then wastes no time and pulls no punches as he sets about getting the two homes up to scratch.
