3x1 - Billericay, Essex

Phil visits Billericay in Essex, where Julie and her four sons are struggling to keep up with their demanding home Secret Agent Phil takes a look around while the family are out, and discovers a health hazard in the kitchen, a terrible toilet, beaten up bedrooms and a garden that all potential buyers have turned their noses up at. He gives the family advice on how to get their home ready for his open viewing two weeks later. But getting the house ready is going to be a job that pushes the family to their limits...

3x2 - East Midlands

Phil takes on a two bed terrace in one of the toughest property markets in the UK as he heads to Syston in the East Midlands. Dan and Lisa are desperate sell up and move closer to work and family but their house just won't budge. Phil has a snoop around, and discovers a boring garden in need of a good dose of TLC and an even bigger dose of weed killer, a living room that looks more like a crèche, and a dog that doesn't know where to do its business.

3x3 - Radcliffe, Manchester

In Radcliffe, Greater Manchester, Phil meets the Young family to cast his eye over their property and try to get them a buyer.

3x4 - Bishop's Stortford

Phil Spencer is in the market town of Bishop's Stortford taking on a house that's been on the market for six months with hardly a sniff of a buyer. It belongs to working mum Marsha and her teenage twins Molly and Sam, who are desperate to get it sold and start afresh.

3x5 - Leicestershire

Phil travels to Fleckney in Leicestershire, taking on a house with impressive outbuildings but an unimpressive list of potential buyers. After nearly 16 months on the market but no more than ten viewings, owners Robin and Marie are at their wits' end. Phil discovers an unloved home, complete with damp stains and a bright pink hallway.

3x6 - Cheshire

Phil travels to Lach Dennis, in Cheshire, to help a couple who are living life in the dog house. After 18 months on the market, Heather and Ian's home just isn't pulling in the buyers, so can Phil help to put the love back into their four walls?

3x7 - Glasgow

Phil travels to the Glasgow suburb of Giffnock to try to attract some buyers to a bungalow that's been in the same family for 37 years. Phil discovers an interior from a bygone era and a kitchen floor so uneven it could make you seasick.

3x8 - Ashbourne, Derbyshire

Phil helps divorcees Sylvia and Bill sell their semi that's been loitering on the market for over a year. After 54 years of marriage they've decided to separate, sell their home, and move on.

3x9 - Colchester

Phil meets Duncan and Rhonda, a couple with a young baby who are keen to sell up. But after a month on the market they still haven't had any viewings.

3x10 - Northwich, Cheshire

Phil travels to Northwich in Cheshire, taking on a family who have outgrown their home. With their three-year-old daughter sleeping on the landing, Adrian and Cheryl Donati are desperate to move to a bigger house so each of their four children can have a room of their own. As well as the bed at the top of the stairs, Phil discovers a houseful of clutter and toys and a mouldy bathroom.

3x11 - Southend-on-Sea

Phil come to the aid of serial mover June Seymour. Three months without an offer on her latest pad has stalled June's moving ways. Phil finds a pink house, excessive floral flock wallpaper and troublesome trinkets.

3x12 - Swanscombe, Kent

Phil visits Swanscombe in Kent and the childhood home of Chris Fuller. Chris was born in the house and 38 years later he still lives there with his wife Laura. With a baby on the way it's finally time to cut the family ties to the property and move to a bigger place. That's if they can persuade someone to buy.

3x13 - Largs, Scotland

Phil visits John and Paul Campbell in Largs in Scotland's central belt, hoping to convince the brothers to clean up their act after letting 11 months go by without finding a buyer for their inherited bungalow.

3x14 - Glasgow

Phil goes undercover to view an outdated property in Uddingston on the outskirts of Glasgow. He meets Pamela and Ian, whose five-bed has only had 12 viewings in six months.

3x15 - Sittingbourne, Kent

Neil and Jackie Harris are desperate for more space for them and their two boys. But Phil discovers a house with a spiral stairway hiding mounds of clutter, a garden full of rubble and a bathroom from the past.

3x16 - Tunstall, Kent

Phil travels to Tunstall in Kent, to the country cottage of Sarah Sewells and Andrew Morris. The couple bought the house two years ago with money they inherited, but with marriage on the horizon, they'd love to move to a bigger family house. But after three months on the market, is it Andrew's botched DIY jobs that are holding the property back?

3x17 - Folkestone

Phil comes to the rescue of grandmother Elaine Care, whose four bedroom semi in Folkestone has been on the market for a whopping two years.

3x18 - Worthing

Phil travels to Worthing, on a mission to sell beside the seaside. He's tasked with helping Victoria and Michael shift the grand Victorian house they've called home for the past 30 years. The property is wearing them out and they want to downsize. The trouble is, the interior is as tired as they are and buyers just aren't biting.

3x19 - Edinburgh

In Edinburgh, Phil meets retiree Patricia Cameron, who is desperate to sell her inherited childhood home in the upmarket Braidhill area of the city.

3x20 - Biddulph, Staffordshire

In Biddulph, Staffordshire, Phil hopes to help Mark and Denise James find a buyer for their three bed semi. It's been on the market for almost a year. Phil discovers a house full of clutter and belongings, a bathroom that's seen better days, and a huge garden complete with cows and a price tag to match.

3x21 - Harrogate

Phil heads to North Yorkshire, to help Pam to sell a house that's fallen into disrepair and requires some much needed attention.

3x22 - Weybridge

Phil visits a not so swinging 60s pad in Weybridge. It belongs to brother and sister Nigel and Beverley Mort, who inherited it when their mother passed away.

3x23 - Marsden

Phil heads to Marsden, West Yorkshire, to help pensioners Malcolm and Muriel bring their house out of the past and into the present day.

3x24 - Bolton

Secret Agent Phil wants to try to turn around Danny's tatty terrace house, which needs some serious TLC if it's ever going to sell.

3x25 - Worthing

Phil faces a tough mission helping single mum Zoe to tame her house, which suffers from doggie odour, mess and much clutter.

3x26 - Fixby, West Yorkshire

Phil helps retiree Jean, who desperately needs help shifting her home near Huddersfield, which has been on the market for 13 months.

3x27 - Ashurst Wood, West Sussex

Phil heads to Ashurst Wood, West Sussex, to help retirees Tim and Gina turn their dark and cluttered 1950s house into a bang-up-to-date des res.

3x28 - Grappnehall, Warrington

Phil is in Grappnehall, Warrington, helping Colin Brunold sell his four bed house that's been on the market for five months.

3x30 - Haselmere

Phil is in the market town of Haslemere, Surrey, taking on a maisonette that won't sell and an owner that should know better.

Phil helps the Seals family who are desperate to sell up and downsize. But with their house bursting with years of clutter, it's a pipe dream unless Phil can convince them to be brutal with the mess.
