The Rovers have to find a stolen device that could destroy the world. They are pitted against a new enemy, Captain Zachary Storm, a militant who was discharged from the military and is now out for revenge.

The Road Rovers travel to England to fight a group of werewolves wreaking havoc. They return to MissionControl seemingly safe, but when ""werewolfy"" things start happening there, it is obvious that one of their teammates is infected. But which Road Rover is it? Parvo is now running an operation of kidnapped dogs! Colleen and Shag sneak themselves into the facility where they find not just a few dogs, but hundreds!
