Meanwhile, Chairwoman Jang, who is working with the government, offers the two major portal sites an offer they can't refuse, and Ta Mi and Morgan coincidentally run into Morgan’s mother.

Meanwhile, the government reveals that it would like to revise the real-time keyword regulations. To stop this from happening, Ga Gyeong, Ta Mi, and Hyeon put their efforts together. Unicon and Barro both face major changes.

Both Barro and Unicon have new CEOs take over. In Gyeong is removed before her term and Ga Gyeong replaces her, whereas Hong Ju rescinds his resignation and returns to the office, and finally Barro’s main page reformation is happening soon. Meanwhile, Ta Mi sees Da In and Morgan together and overhears Da In confessing to Morgan, she decides to run away.

Barro finally beats Unicon and takes the lead in the market shares. Ta Mi and the TF team receive congratulations, but in her personal life, Ta Mi struggles with her breakup with Morgan. However, when Ta Mi hears some unexpected news about Morgan, she drops everything in a heartbeat to rush to his side. Meanwhile, the government continues to pressure both Unicon and Barro.

Barro and Unicon are both facing a crisis because the government is trying to legalize the surveillance of civilians. Baro thinks it is their duty to protect their users and is going to report the government’s new policy. However, Unicon doesn’t seem to stand with Barro, so Ta Mi tries to persuade Ga Gyeong. Meanwhile, Ta Mi realizes that she can’t live without Morgan, but she finds out that he is gone for Australia.
