SHIRLEY is a very tough person, who works as a supervisor in a pharmaceutical company named Yan Oi Tong. The pharmaceutical company is actually owned by her cousin, BON. Everyone in the company knows that SHIRLEY is difficult to deal with because of her harsh criticism. Without questioning, SHIRLEY has neither friends nor any loyal companion in the company. But at the early stage of the company set up, SHIRLEY has made a remarkable success for the company. Thus, enable her to dominate such an important role in the management; however, she also has opponent. KWOK is the son in law of BON, who often disagrees with SHIRELY. Despite the economy downsize, overall business of Yan Oi Tong still has impressing revenue except the slim product, Fit 100. The deficit of this department annoys their department head, YAU KA CHEN. Though WONG MANDY is the top sales of this department, her contribution cannot change the sales figures either.… ...

Just when everyone believes that CHEN is having a promotion due to his office renovation, they are shock to learn that SHIRLEY is moving down her office at Department Fit 100 afterwards. The arrival of SHIRLEY is definitely not welcome by all staffs; especially their performance will be closely watched since then. But welcome lunch is a tradition in the company; all staffs are invited to have lunch with SHIRLEY upon her arrival. The lunch is costly because SHIRLEY has ordered a lot of delicious food; yet, the staffs still do not aware that the meal is on their cost. As MAN is the son of her tailor and a close friend of her own brother, SHIRLEY shows extraordinary care on MAN. However, MAN feels embarrass and uncomfortable for her kindness. Due to the feverish of being an actor, TAK gives up his job and concentrates on acting. However, the producer teases his obesity and terminates his casting. TAK has a bad day and when he returns home, SHIRLEY scolds him for his reckless decision in resigning the job. TAK finds no place to air his grieves; therefore, he runaway from home and shelters at his best friend, SI CHI KEN’s apartment temporarily. MAN has a girlfriend named WING KI. LIN dislikes her vanity and harsh demanding characters, especially when KI always monitors MAN closely. On the other hand, MANDY does not obtain any appreciation from SHIRLEY. SHIRLEY ignores her praise and insists to have a good result on the sales figures. MANDY is disappointed. Thrilling news happens to PIC. Her fiance abandons her just before their marriage takes place. MANDY rushes to comfort PIC and avoids her to commits suicide; meanwhile, she loses an order.… ...

Both of them share their dreams in entertainment business; yet, become good friends instantly. And, TAK helps KEI to be taxi driver voluntarily. Coincidentally, KEN meets PIC at a beauty salon, while PIC is querying at the reception. KEN finds PIC very interesting because of her character. Apart, TAK returns home to visit his doggy. HEN takes the chance to cook some delicious food for him in order to change his mind for leaving. However, TAK insists to earn his own living. LIN encourages MAN to have drink with TAK and KEN; hence, offends KI. Besides, MANDY hits the sales target and present it to SHIRLEY with joy; however, SHIRLEY shows little appreciation only.… ...

In order to help LIN, SHIRLEY acts as a matchmaker and introduces VIVIEN to MAN. MAN feels irritate for her kindness. Besides, TAK is attracted by the sexy of MANDY. When he knows that MANDY will deliver products to KI regularly, he visits the fitness club persistently. Meanwhile, MANDY targets at the obesity of TAK for selling her product; hence, she takes a proactive step to make friends with him. Interesting enough, BO targets KEN as her future husband. The company installs CCTV in the office; yet, spies on the performance of staffs. MANDY feels annoying and inconvenient to carry on her freelance business during office hours. One day, SHIRELY discovers that TAK is working as a taxi driver by accident. Though she follows his taxi closely in order to find prove, TAK is able to get rid of her chase. The sale of Fit 100 has no improvement; therefore, SHIRLEY decides to terminate sales personnel. Both MANDY and BO are scared before the execution. But they are released when they knows that they are not selected this time. The atmosphere in the office is still tense; hence, MANDY decides to smug her freelance products away. Somehow, partial of her products goes to trash because of the carelessness of the cleaning staff. MANDY suffers a loss then. SHIRLEY orders MAN to invite VIVIEN for lab testing on their new product; meanwhile, creates chances for them to develop further relationship. Therefore, MANDY misunderstands that VIVIEN is the girlfriend of MAN. Meanwhile, KI purchases two boxes of slim products from MANDY; yet, MAN discovers the freelance business of MANDY accidentally. He asks KI to return the goods to MANDY immediately then. In the confusion, MANDY tears the invoice carelessly and suffers another loss again.… ...

TAK has no alternatives but to tell SHIRLEY about the freelance business of MANDY. Although SHIRLEY feels pity, she insists MANDY to resign. Thus, PIC and BO also follow the decision of MANDY. Just before submitting the resignation letter, MANDY realises that SHIRLEY is redundant. Fit 100 Department is undertaken by KWOK now. In order to establish goodwill in the department, KWOK implements new policy and resumes the fourteenth months salary. Everyone is amazed with joy. On contrary, SHIRLEY feels bitter at heart and cannot figure out the reason for her redundant. After serious thoughts, SHIRLEY finally realises that she has offended BON; thus, has to be redundant. TAK thinks that he owes an apology to MANDY. And when he finds MANDY, he is surprised to discover the incident happens to SHIRLEY. MAN is impressed by her ability and both MAN and CHEN realise the importance of SHIRELY at last. Apart, MANDY also helps MAN to reserve his right at a car accident. MAN appreciates her assistance. Even though, she knows that she is obesity and old, she is still full of confidence. SHIRLEY knows that she has no income to maintain her lifestyle; therefore, requests HAN to spend less on the daily necessity. HAN misunderstands her implication and afraid to lose her job. ON is going to have a surgery for curing his posterior ulcer and would like to change his name on the taxi license to KEI and BO. Apart, SHIRLEY works very hard to look for new clients despite the bad weather. On the other hand, CHEN suffers a computer breaks down just before the report deadline. Hence, MANDY and other colleagues help him to recover the computer system together; yet, CHEN is able to submit his report on time. MANDY and others are terminated because she has been discovered for installing the illegal computer software in the office. Everyone knows that it is just an excuse from management to scarify him or her in company politic and they feel torturous to this consequence. Nevertheless, they worry about their future also. MAN loses his job; however, KI does not care about his sorrow but feels cherish for his new beginning. LIN has no idea of MAN’s termination, so he continues to praise him in front of HAN. They end up in quarrel. By chance, KEN rides on BO’s taxi. In order to avoid being recognised by KEN, BO pulls down her cap to hide identity. Apart, BO invites ON to participate in the opening ceremony of the bar; however, ON is reluctant to accept the invitation, as he is still mad at KEI. Although BO is attached to KEN and tends to develop further relationship with him, she feels hopeless when KEN recognises her as the taxi driver. TAK is upset and feels guilty when he realises that SHIRLEY fakes about her career in order to encourage him in acting. Besides, BO seeks for the assistance of TAK to clear the drainage at home; yet, finds out the reality accidentally. KEI helps PIC to recover an agreement at the bar; thus, delays to send out his enrolment form for the singing competition. When PIC realises it, she feels guilty and seeks for the assistance of her friend to deliver the enrolment form instantly. Luckily, the form arrives on time. MANDY presents a recorder to MAN as a gift and thanks him for his assistance in the renovation. Meanwhile, she indicates that their friendship will carry on forever. KEN loses the cat of PIC carelessly; whilst PIC is so worried because her cat has illness. JOE is recruiting a suitable person to open the Shanghai market for the herbal soup business. At the same time, TAK has an argument with BO and applies to transfer to Shanghai for the new project. MAN, MANDY and others concern about the relationship between TAK and BO and create chance for them to make up at the bar. Unexpectedly, KEI and KEN has a fight because of the lost of PIC’s cat. In the chaos, BO is injured and TAK is so scare and concern… SHIRLEY cannot get use to the diet and feels desperate. LIN rebukes SHIRLEY for her pessimistic attitude and her irresponsible.… ...
