Sakkarai, the sub-inspector, gives a cocky response.

Kothandaraman, a fire specialist, arrives at the site to draft a fire report for the insurance company. As day two of the Mayana Kollai festival unfolds, Sakkarai goes looking for clues. With Nandini’s help, he gets a critical tip that sends shockwaves by introducing a new suspect.

Through the enquiry, Sakkarai finds out the answer to the question previously posed by Nandini. He is disturbed. The DNA results from the autopsy test are out - Nandini can barely handle the news.
