Seizing Debbie's golden bells for himself, Hi-Hat attaches the bells to a hat for the Princess, who takes it home. Hi-Hat is soon persuaded by T-Bag to retrieve the hat...but when T-Bag gets her hands on it, she finds the bells are missing. Furious, T-Bag sends T-Shirt on an errand to retrieve them. Mistaking T-Shirt for a butler, The Princess orders him to make her a cup of tea, only to fall head over heels for his cap. T-Shirt offers her his cap in exchange for the bells...

Debbie is befriended by Nikdit, who betrays her and steals her golden bells. He presents them to his master, who is obsessed with food. T-Shirt leaves T-Bag after she strips him of his powers and meets Nikdt, and the two scheme to rob Nikdt's master....

As Debbie and T-Shirt make their way back to the beginning, T-Bag lets her anger out on Major Happy, turning him into her new T-Caddy. Escaping, Happy informs Debbie that they need the frame to place the bells on. T-Bag captures T-Shirt and seizes the bells. As T-Shirt desperately makes a bid for freedom, it appears as if T-Bag has won...will things stay forever out of tune?
