Tenali Rama invites the King and his court home for supper. Everyone waits and waits but the food doesn't arrive. The extremely hungry guests get impatient and ask Tenal why the food is taking so long to prepare. To which Tenali shows them how he is cooking the food in vessels and barely letting the flames of the hearth touch the vessels.

Varunmala brings a Baba to make him meet Tathacharya. The Baba tells Tathacharya that he can see that Tathacharya has a chance to live a kings life in the near future. Chandrakala during the Holi celebrations decides to execute her plan and kill Krishnadevaraya. She mixes her blood in a dessert prepared for the king. While on her way to give the dessert to Krishnadevaraya, she meets Tattacharya, who takes the desserts to give it to Krishnadevaraya. Chandrakala breathes a sigh of relief as Tattacharya will be held responsible for Krishnadevaraya’s death.
