1x1 - Episode 1

October 20, 2008

Famous artiste manager HONG NGA YIN successfully helps her artiste SO MAN to get the ticket for a mega fashion show in town. However, the rich woman HONG NGA SZ tries hard to prevent MAN from entering the venue because the media has reported that her husband YEUNG CHI KAU is having a secret affair with MAN. HONG CHING YEUNG is caught in a traffic jam on his way home and he realizes that his wife PAK SIU YAU’s car is slightly damaged in a car accident. YEUNG learns one of the three diamond brooches he cast for his daughters is sold and he suspects that his second daughter NGA TUNG is in trouble. TUNG broke up with the family, ran away and got married with her lover LAI KEI in Canada three years ago. She has returned to Hong Kong recently trying to seek help from her sister SZ. SZ tells her mother that she has lent 1 million dollars to TUNG but YAU points out that SZ has done this for her own benefits.… ...

After a body check, the doctor wants YAU to carry out a rectum check and YAU agrees. After separating with KEI, TUNG stays in YIN’s home. YIN encourages TUNG to work with her. SZ learns from the magazine that TUNG is the new lover of KAU. She is enraged and she scolds TUNG in front of the reporters. KAU reveals to SZ that his company is in deep trouble and SZ is very worried. YAU agrees to join a charity party. YEUNG has bought back the diamond brooch of TUNG and YAU asks YIN to give it back to TUNG. YAU thanks YIN for helping to eliminate the reports of the fight between SZ and TUNG. However, she accidentally discovers that YIN acts intimately with the actor OSCAR. YIN’s husband TIM is a pilot. TIM returns from a trip but he treats YIN coldly. During the charity party, YAU meets up with OSCAR privately for she suspects that YIN has committed adultery with him. TIM runs into them accidentally.

YIN learns from TIM that YAU has met OSCAR privately. She blames YAU for misunderstanding her and YAU is shocked. The staff CHEONG has disappeared when delivering diamonds. WO suspects that CHEONG has stolen the diamonds but YEUNG believes in him. YEUNG always feels that his boss WAI TAK is against him. He fights with TAK on behalf of CHEONG and he eventually resigns. YAU attends her good friend Mrs HO’s funeral. The tycoon HO CHIT NAM comes with a group of people to fight with Mrs HO’s son. KAU wants to meet NAM desperately and he tries to send NAM a new licence plate number that costs 1 million dollars. However, NAM’s personal assistant SHIU MING rejects his gift. In order to please his girlfriend, NAM cancels his yachting plan and flies to Shanghai for dinner… While practicing yachting, NAM meets his rival KO CHEUNG SING. SING challenges NAM to a contest.

YAU YAT TUNG, yacht expert who manages NAM’s yacht, meets SING accidentally after having dinner with some chef friends. SING used to learn cooking in the same chef school with TUNG and SING asks TUNG to help him. NAM tries to stop TUNG from working for SING but he fails. YEUNG learns that somebody wants to sell a jewellery shop. He is very interested but he doesn’t have enough money. KAU is willing to purchase the shop with YEUNG. TIM tries to date YIN but YIN rejects him for she has a business appointment with SING. YIN accidentally falls into the swimming pool because of SING. TIM suddenly arrives at the scene. He is deeply disappointed and embarrassed to find YIN in a totally unsatisfactory manner. TIM proposes a separation with YIN and YIN is deeply shocked. YIN blames the drunk SING for ruining her marriage and she hits him angrily with her high heel shoes.… ...

YEUNG learns from TAK that the jewellery shop they wanted to purchase has been taken over already. YAU finds that YEUNG is worrying about something. While trying to question him, YAU suddenly collapses because of serious stomachache. TUNG finds that SZ is still shopping in luxurious shops and she blames her for telling lies in front of their father but SZ humiliates her in return. NAM and his girlfriend witness the scene coincidentally. NAM buys an expensive dress for TUNG. YIN deliberately flies to Qingtao for signing a contract with SING. SING is joining a yachting contest there and he plays tricks on YIN again. YIN has no choice but to stay there and waits for SING. NAM is joining the same contest as well in Qingtao. He finally agrees to meet up with KAU and SZ but he agrees to invest on their company only if they sell their company’s shares to him.… ...

KAU has disappeared. SZ tries to borrow money from her rich housewives friends for renting a helicopter to search for KAU above the sea. However, all the rich housewives refuse to help her and they try to keep a distance from her. SING challenges NAM at the restaurant and NAM agrees to invest in KAU’s company if he loses the contest. NAM meets SZ by accident and he tries to console her. TUNG discovers that NAM is the one who bought a dress to her but he is also the one who is trying to buy KAU’s company shares. She is deeply surprised and she scolds NAM for being hypocritical. YAU learns that her body check result is ready but she delays her fight back home in order to help her daughter. During the contest, SING tries to play tricks again in order to win… YAU asks SZ’s friend to bring them into the venue of a fund-raising event so that she could ask FUNG for help. However, FUNG is meeting with the tycoon SUNG SAI MAN during the time.… ...

After accompanying SZ to search for her husband for a whole day, TUNG falls asleep on the sofa. TUNG wakes up later to find that SZ is missing. While trying to search for SZ, YIN meets SING on the way and SING plays tricks on her again. TUNG sees NAM accidentally and she tries to seek help from him. NAM’s father HO FUNG keeps questioning him during the time. NAM asks TUNG to help him get rid of his father. WO tries to search for SZ everywhere and he discovers a big secret… In order to convince NAM to invest in KAU’s company, TUNG goes yachting with him. MAN is dissatisfied that the female tycoon YUE WAI TING is not cooperative on their Qingtao investment project and he asks FUNG to negotiate with her. TUNG is deeply shocked that NAM is sailing all the way from Qingdao to Shenzhen. SZ learns that YAU rushes to help her even if she is seriously ill and she finally reveals the truth to her.… ...

YAU enters the hospital. YIN visits her and she finds that TIM has visited her already but he didn’t reveal to YAU that they have separated with each other. TUNG is trapped on the yacht. She has no choice but to help NAM clean up the yacht during the trip. SZ discovers that she has nothing valuable at home while KAU owes the bank 4 million dollars interest. WO wants to help her but he doesn’t have any money. During a jewellery auction, MAN’s younger brother SAI KEI’s ex-wife SUK CHING tries to fight for a diamond with KEI. SING finally gets the diamond and he gives it to KEI in order to thank him for giving him financial supports before. NAM and TUNG arrive at Shenzhen. They are shocked to discover a group of reporters at the pier. YIN tries to arrange personal identity cards for TUNG so that she could return to Hong Kong. Before YIN leaves, TIM asks her to sign the divorce agreement. On her way back, YIN receives a call from SING.… ...

KAI FAT, the owner of a newsstand in Mongkok, hates TAK’s jewellery shop very much and he behaves strangely all the time. YEUNG visits his daughter. He plans to work in the jewellery factory again and he doesn’t need her to return the money to him. WO helps TUNG to work as a salesman in TAK’s jewellery shop. KEI tries to put the diamond from SING to a diamond necklace. After investigation, YEUNG discovers that some diamonds on the necklace are fake. TAK told KEI that all the diamonds on the necklace are real and YEUNG misconceives that TAK is trying to please KEI. TUNG starts working in the jewellery shop and KAI FAT discovers that she is the pretty lady who has rumors for an affair with NAM. YAU visits SZ to return the money to her. She overhears SZ’s conversation with her friend and realizes that SZ considers going bankrupt.… ...

SING meets his ex-classmate from the chef school. His classmate blames him for making use of TUNG and TUNG has been arrested by the police in Qingdao. SING suddenly changes his schedule and he returns to Macau to visit his mother. SING is always cold-hearted at work but he is a warm and caring son in front of his mother. SING goes to Qingdao to rescue TUNG. He tries to give TUNG 600 thousand dollars as compensation but TUNG refuses to take the money. TUNG reminds SING of their friendship in the past and SING is deeply touched. It is raining heavily and the tunnel is waterlogged. FAT carries TUNG on his back to pass through the tunnel and TUNG is very grateful. FAT learns that TUNG will be transferred to other shop for further training and he is depressed. FAT brings his girlfriend to dine in an expensive restaurant.… ...

YIN and SZ arrive at home coincidentally to question YAU but YAU is not there. They later discover that YAU has her own reasons. In order to gain the chance for collaboration with SO MAN, SING hires YIN despite the fact that they dislike each other. KEI hates TAK because of the diamond necklace and SING suggests challenging TAK by making use of FAT. SING meets up with FAT and proposes helping him to fight against TAK in the court. FAT’s father FOOK WING has 40% company shares in TAK’s jewellery shop. SING spends a lot to purchase the jade pendant of FAT in order to help him obtaining his father’s money. SZ decides to go bankrupt and YIN rents out her flat to save money. The TONG’s family starts living together again. YAU asks her daughters to visit the Big Buddha with her right after her Sichuan trip because she wants to please MAN’s wife KWOK YUEN YEE. During YEE’s painting exhibition, YAU introduces her daughters to various gentlemen.

SZ is interested in a man called TIN YUI who runs a hotel. However, she discovers that TUNG is happily discussing art related stuffs with YUI and she is upset. SZ helps YEE during the exhibition. DAISY finds SZ really smart and she invites her to work in her PR firm. YIN requests SING to assign more staffs to her department and SING asks YAT TUNG to help her. YIN thought that YAT TUNG is only a follower of SING but she later discovers that he is very smart and helpful. FAT’s jade pendant is sold at the price of 70 million dollars and everybody discuss the case enthusiastically. FAT becomes a rich man suddenly. He invites TUNG for dinner and he admires TUNG’s table manner very much. DAISY is organizing the 40th anniversary dinner for TAK’s jewellery company. During the banquet, SZ realizes that their souvenir album is left in the office.… ...

TUNG is trapped in the office and she could not return to the banquet. SZ gains the chance to dance with YUI during the banquet. When TAK delivers his welcome speech, FAT comes to declare that he wants his company shares back. The banquet turns into a mess. YEUNG meets an old friend and realizes that he is TUNG’s friend, too. TAK investigates the court case with his lawyer. They both find it suspicious that FAT has become rich overnight and they decide to fight with him in the court. FAT invites YEUNG, TUNG and her family members for dinner. YAU and YIN observe FAT during the dinner. They believe that FAT is not a suitable partner for TUNG. SING assigns YAT TUNG to help FAT with the court case and he reminds FAT not to disclose that he is supporting him behind the scene. YEUNG and FAT go for a drink at the pub. Somebody suddenly hits FAT.… ...

NAM plays tricks during the land auction to bring up the price. MAN has no choice but to purchase the land in high price. An oil tanker collapses in Indonesia. FUNG and TING have bought islands in Indonesia and they fly there immediately to investigate the current conditions. They have been good friends since childhood. SZ meets FUNG at the art museum and she decides to separate with YUI. SZ revels to WO that she wants to marry a richer and more powerful man in the future. FAT decides to separate with his puppy lover CHING and CHING is shocked. After the separation, FAT goes drinking with friends in a high class clubhouse. He starts making troubles at the clubhouse after getting drunk and the manager asks him to leave immediately. FAT wants to settle the matter with SING’s name but SING pretends that he doesn’t know him at all. Later, YAT TUNG comes to remind FAT not to disclose his relationship with SING in front of everybody.… ...

FAT stops CHING from talking to TUNG but TUNG suddenly returns. YAT TUNG and others help to cover up the truth for FAT. KEI meets MAN and his 3rd mistress MAN WAI. He gains the chance to organize a concert with WAI. SING asks YIN to organize another concert within 2 months and YIN reveals that it is not possible to find a venue with such a short notice. SING promises to sign the contract with a new artist if YIN agrees to carry out the job and YIN finally accepts the task. FAT sends TUNG expensive diamonds for he wants to start a relationship with her but TUNG rejects him. YIN reports to SING that she can find a venue for him. At the same time, SING also discovers that NAM has booked concert venue as well. SING approves the suggestion of YIN but he also wants to try if he could get NAM’s venue. MAN gives pressure to FUNG during an auction event. He asks FUNG to persuade his son to hand over the venue to him.… ...

YIN reports to SING that the person in charge would be pleased to release the concert venue if they could invite the famous ex-singer IP FEI to be on stage again and SING accepts the plan. MING sends in his resignation to NAM. FUNG immediately invites MING to return and work for him. NAM meets SING and the others in Singapore. SING is going to have a meeting with Mrs. WONG in order to obtain the right of opening a casino. Both SING and NAM try hard to please Mrs. WONG since she has extensive personal networks in Singapore. With the help of YIN, SING successfully gains the attention of Mrs. WONG by organizing the concert for IP FEI. YEUNG meets TAK’s witness TSU FOOK and he learns that WING used to commit defalcation long time ago. However, TSU FOOK is sent to the hospital because of a sudden heart attack.… ...

SZ resigns and YAU supports her. SZ applies for a job at TING’s PR firm and she even hides in the toilet to wait for TING. TUNG’s client Mr. KAM forgets to take his wedding ring. TUNG tries to deliver the ring to the marriage registry office but she carelessly drops the ring on the street. FAT rushes out to pick up the ring for TUNG and he is injured accidentally. While attending a design course, TUNG discovers that FAT has been helping her secretly all the time. She is deeply touched and she decides to accept his love. SZ goes to a second job interview at TING’s PR firm and she gets the job successfully. FAT and TUNG become lovers. TUNG doesn’t want her family members to know it so she dates with FAT secretly. SING defeated NAM in a recent business deal and the case is widely reported by the media. NAM is depressed and he shifts his anger to his girlfriend. His girlfriend is very upset and she pours a cup of coffee on NAM.… ...

SING and FUNG dine together. SING has been fighting with NAM all the time and this is actually FUNG’s plan to educate his son. YIN tries to air her grievances to YAT TUNG while drinking in a pub. YIN is drunk and YAT TUNG brings her back to his home to take care of her. YIN seduces YAT TUNG involuntarily but he rejects her calmly. YAU discovers that TUNG is dating with FAT and she scolds TUNG for ignoring the fact that they are fighting with FAT in the court. TUNG tries to escape from her mother’s blame by moving to a hotel secretly. YAU tries to question CHING about FAT’s history. CHING suddenly collapses and YAU sends her to the hospital. YAU discovers that FAT has been really bad to CHING. CHING reveals the truth to TUNG.… ...

TAK wins the case by providing WING’s statement to the court. TUNG moves back to home and she apologizes to YAU sincerely. FAT loses the case. SING decides to stop supporting him financially and he takes back everything from him as well. FAT is mad. He attacks SING angrily and is later arrested by the police. In order to please Mrs. WONG, SING invites her to take ownership of IP FEI’s concert. YIN is upset and she resigns. TING asks SZ to coordinate the Opening Ceremony of FUNG’s resort in Phuket and SZ is overjoyed. TING and FUNG are both satisfied with SZ’s performance. MAN’s 3rd mistress MAN WAI learns that MAN’s 2nd mistress is staying in the resort and she rushes to Phuket immediately. SZ tries hard to prevent WAI from meeting the 2nd mistress. WAI is upset and she plays tricks on SZ in the evening. FUNG witnesses everything.

WAI throws SZ’s pearl to the pool. SZ tries hard to search for it in the pool and she nearly drowns. Luckily, FUNG rescues her on time. MING meets up with SING and NAM’s subordinate witnesses this accidentally. MAN discovers that FUNG’s investment is running really well and he decides to join him. FUNG agrees reluctantly. During the press conference on their collaboration, NAM suddenly returns from Phuket and he blames MAN angrily. NAM realizes that SING is working for FUNG and he declares that he will continue to fight with SING. WAI plays trick on SZ again and SZ is being trapped in a cave. FUNG rescues SZ and they dine together. YAT TUNG and YIN go to Macau for work. YAT TUNG finds that SING’s mother SIU HO is attacking somebody. This person threatens SIU HO that he will disclose SING’s past history to everybody. SING rushes to Macau to visit her injured mother.… ...

YIN and SING spend a romantic night together. In the morning, YIN tries to prepare breakfast for SING but a woman arrives at SING’s place to look for him. YIN is very upset about it and she shifts her anger on WO. She scolds WO for not having the gut to declare his love to SZ. WO is inspired by YIN and he decides to declare his love to SZ. However, he discovers that SZ is wearing an expensive diamond ring. He realizes that somebody rich is chasing SZ so he gives up the plan again. NAM learns that his childhood friend CHI LING, MAN’s granddaughter, has just returned to Hong Kong. LING asks NAM to lend his yacht to her so that she could stay inside. Somebody has uploaded LING’s sex video with her boyfriend to the internet and LING is trying to hide away from the public. In order to help MAN, FUNG purchases the video website so as to stop people from spreading LING’s video on that website.… ...

SZ reveals the truth to WO and WO is heart-broken. TAK invites TUNG to work in their jewellery design team and TUNG says that she needs to consider it. LING practices car racing on the road and she nearly knocks TUNG down. LING is enraged and she put the blame on TUNG. FAT witnesses the scene and he put LING’s car on fire. The police go to TUNG’s workplace to investigate the case. LING accuses TUNG for sending FAT to burn her car. TUNG is embarrassed and she resigns from her job. FAT looks for TUNG in the evening and he misconceives that TAK has given TUNG a hard time at work. FAT breaks into TUNG’s office on the next day to threaten TAK with a knife… NAM takes TUNG to lunch and he voluntarily offers her a secretary post after knowing that she is unemployed. TUNG and her sisters go shopping together. She meets LING on the street and they fight with each other again.… ...

SZ meets LING and she tries to embarrass her. During their conversation, LING discovers that SZ is dating with FUNG. FUNG invites SZ to a fashion show in Paris and SZ is overjoyed. LING tells NAM that FUNG is dating with SZ. NAM is shocked and he strongly objects the relationship. SING prepares a lunchbox for YIN. However, the food is contaminated and they are sent to the hospital together. After this incident, people realize that they are dating. FUNG invites SZ and her parents to dinner. YEUNG is shocked to learn that SZ is dating with FUNG and he leaves the place angrily. TUNG sends SZ a wedding ring designed by her to show her support. A helicopter suddenly arrives at SZ’s office and somebody is declaring love to her with this helicopter. SZ discover that this admirer is NAM. NAM deliberately arranges all these so that everybody knows that he is chasing SZ and his father will not be able to continue dating with her.

TUNG attends a job interview at NAM’s company. NAM decides to hire her immediately but TUNG says that she needs to think about it. LING visits NAM and she is not pleased to find TUNG there but NAM speaks for TUNG. TING reveals to FUNG that SZ had been trying to get close to him deliberately. YAU learns that YEUNG has hurt himself at work. FUNG uses YEUNG’s accident as an excuse to meet SZ. However, FUNG reveals to SZ that he would like to cancel the Paris trip which implies that he wants to separate with her. SZ is heart-broken. All staffs in the company say that SING, YAT TUNG and YIN are involved in a love triangle. SING discovers that YAT TUNG is depressed these days. He asks him out for a chat but he discovers nothing from him. YIN believes YAT TUNG has fallen in love with her so she voluntarily asks him out to console him. YIN discovers the secret of YAT TUNG unintentionally.

November 24, 2008

YIN ensures YAT TUNG that she will keep his secret. SING agrees to have YAT TUNG back but YAT TUNG plans to leave. YIN tries hard to encourage him and YAT TUNG agrees to stay eventually. SZ talks with YAU about her relationship with FUNG and she realizes that YAU doesn’t believe that the relationship could last. FAT is sentenced for eleven months of imprisonment. NAM receives a call from the family doctor and he misconceives that his father has health problems. He rushes to the doctor’s office and the doctor tells him to stay in the hospital for investigation since his body is overloaded after working hard for a long period of time. TUNG keeps receiving letters from FAT and CHING asks her to visit him. TUNG visits FAT and she asks him not to send her letters again.

November 25, 2008

WO’s younger brother TAI CHUEN returns after graduating from Italy. WO arranges a job interview for him. CHUEN is very sociable and he gains favorable comments from everybody during the interview. CHUEN meets LING while dining with his classmates from Italy but LING has no good feelings on him. TUNG decides to work in a Japanese firm instead of working as NAM’s secretary. TUNG dines at a high class restaurant. MAN’s 3rd mistress MAN WAI suddenly appears and she blames TUNG for seducing MAN. TUNG is very embarrassed and NAM arrives to help her. YAU finds that TUNG is working really hard at her new office and she persuades her to quit. They do not realize that NAM has taken over TUNG’s company. SING invites YEUNG and YAU for dinner but he is late. He arrives and buys expensive gifts for them. The pollen on YIN’s clothes has triggered SING’s asthma and YAT TUNG gives him first aid treatments immediately.

TUNG is assigned to work as NAM’s secretary and she suddenly receives a call from a woman. This woman claims that she is NAM’s ex-girlfriend and she just discovered that she is HIV-positive. TUNG is very worried about NAM. SING brings YIN to Macau to dine with SIU HO and SIU HO asks YIN to take good care of SING. After the dinner, YIN suddenly proposes a separation with SING and SING is shocked. With the help of MAN WAI, MAN’s business in Indonesia performs well and he decides to send MAN WAI an expensive gift. MAN’s wife YUEN YEE is enraged to learn that MAN has sent MAN WAI an expensive horse but she tries to suppress her anger in front of others. TUNG follows NAM to his yacht for she wants to inform him about the HIV-positive case but she discovers that LING is there.

TSUN starts working in the jewellery factory. He invites his brother and YEUNG to a celebration dinner. YEUNG meets CHI KAU on the way and they fight with each other. While TSUN drinks with friends at the pub, an executive producer from the TV station invites LING to join an entrepreneur contest, which is a live TV show featuring potential entrepreneurs in Hong Kong. TING is one of the judges in the show and TSUN becomes a contestant. WO blames TSUN for resigning from his job suddenly. After separating with YIN, SING indulges himself in gambling for one whole week in Macau. YAT TUNG is worried about him and he tries to console him. All staffs are discussing the case and they worry that SING’s company will not be performing well. SING’s assistant investigates the case and discovers that SING has deliberately done all these so that NAM will underestimate his ability. SING conquers NAM once again in another business battle.

LING, WO and TSUN are assigned to the same team in the entrepreneur contest. In the first round of the contest, TING gives 50 thousand dollars to each team and asks them to earn as much as they can within 12 hours. TSUN mistakenly purchases some fake products and the team is losing a lot of money. WO finds a way to tackle the problem but their team still falls behind other teams. NAM brings TUNG to Shanghai for a business trip so that he could date her in his spare time and TUNG is dissatisfied. TUNG meets TAK at the hotel. TAK encourages her to forget the past and cherish every new opportunity in her life. After returning to Hong Kong, NAM invites TUNG to a banquet together. TUNG misconceives that NAM is utilizing the chance to date her again and she wants to resign from her job. During the banquet, TUNG learns that her adopted daughter at the mountain area of China is caught in a disaster.… ...

NAM and TUNG become lovers eventually. NAM kisses TUNG openly and TUNG worries that the media will report their relationship to the public. SZ dines with her family members and her husband FUNG suddenly arrives. YAU is enraged and she leaves angrily. NAM disapproves his father’s new marriage angrily. FUNG is enraged and he collapses suddenly. TUNG finds her relationship with NAM embarrassing so she proposes a separation but NAM rejects her. TUNG returns home and finds that YAU has moved away. FUNG recovers and he decides to announce his relationship with SZ to the media. TUNG goes to Zhuhai to look for YAU and she promises to separate with NAM so as to support SZ’s marriage. SZ sends in her resignation to TING and she reveals that she only wants a simple wedding. TING appreciates her thoughtfulness. FUNG asks SING out for dinner. He wants to know if SING has stopped NAM from selling his company shares. SING reveals that nobody would buy NAM’s shares because they are afraid of FUNG. NAM fails to expand his business since he doesn’t have enough capital. His subordinates suggest him to sell his shares in a low price to the Singapore tycoon Mrs WONG and NAM reluctantly agrees. During the 2nd round of the entrepreneur contest, WO and LING fight with each other on the decoration of a showroom. LING discovers that WO loves SZ secretly and she makes him faint with drugs. She then tells the media that WO is committing suicide because of SZ. During the chaos, LING slaps SZ on her face. WO witnesses it and he slaps LING back.

FUNG purchases an art gallery for SZ. The media is reporting TONG’s health problem all the time and TONG decides to handover his chairman position to CHING but CHING thinks that she is not capable. SING decides to organize a press conference to announce the news but CHING tries to escape because of the huge pressure involved. YAT TUNG calms her down by asking her to try dessert making. SZ purchases a valuable ancient painting and she sends it to the person in charge of the Qingtao development plan. As a result, FUNG gains the chance to meet the person in charge. After going through all the obstacles with NAM, TUNG decides to start anew with him.

FAT tries to return the ring to TUNG but he is scolded by YAU while TUNG is away from home. TUNG is not back for the whole night and everybody is very worried. TUNG is safe but she becomes angry with SZ. TSUN returns home after a harsh trip. He discovers that WO has bought a gift for a lady secretly and he suspects that WO is dating somebody but WO denies. While discussing some business matters with TAK, WO discovers Mrs MAN’s jewellery. TAK explains that MAN wants to put up some of his jewelleries for auction. TSUN suggests investing on a jewellery shop for WO but WO refuses. FUNG learns that MAN has returned to Hong Kong and he is very worried. SZ tries to console him but there’s nothing she can do. TSUN discovers that a big shareholder is selling the company’s shares and he asks him out but he is shocked to find SING there… WO is sad for he cannot help TSUN and FAT tries to console him. SING learns that LING is sent to the hospital. Uncle CHIU is going to sell his shares to SING and the suspect is Uncle CHIU’s son SAMSON. SING tries to contact Uncle CHIU but fails. WO and TSUN send LING to the hospital. YEE arrives and she colds the brothers angrily. TSUN is sad that he fails to carry out his promise to TING and WO consoles him. MING tries to leave Hong Kong but FUNG stops him. MING reveals that he has discovered the truth behind FUNG’s kidnapping case. FUNG asks NAM out. NAM believes that FUNG wants to discuss business issue with him but… LING suddenly decides to give up accusing SAMSON. WO questions TSUN but TSUN declares that he is not involved in the case. KEI meets up with SZ and he reiterates that he will carry out his promise to offer SZ the company he purchased earlier. LING starts working at TSUN’s company. YIN is puzzled for FUNG suddenly put MING in an important position but SZ doesn’t mind at all. YEUNG and YAU meet YUEN YEE and the others but YAU didn’t greet them at all. YEUNG questions YAU for the reason but YAU claims that she didn’t see them. SZ receives an investigation report from NORMAN on YIN and YAT TUNG. SZ therefore questions YIN about his secret with YAT TUNG… While trying to privatize KEI’s company, SZ discovers that somebody is purchasing a large amount of the relevant stocks. She later realizes that this person is SING. YIN meets up with SING and she asks him to give up purchasing the stocks. CHING accidentally discovers that they are seeing each other. SZ asks CHING out and she threatens her to stop SING from purchasing the stocks.

SZ tells FUNG that YAU is sick and she goes out at late night. FUNG realizes that she was telling lies and he accuses her for committing adultery. YIN steps in and reveals to FUNG that he has misunderstood SZ.
