Pam, who works at Belford Hospital in the town of Fort William below Ben Nevis, hopes to deliver Fiona's second baby there, just as she delivered her first child. Fiona's first baby was premature, and Pam is concerned that might happen again. Meanwhile, Karen and her husband Stuart face a problem as neither of them drive and could struggle to get to the hospital when Karen goes into labour.
