Iagos has set his plan to kill Filippos in motion, knowing that he has no room for failure.

Filippos is admitted to the Intensive Care Unit of "Agios Symeon" with severe brain injury. Maritina arrives at the hospital and sees him after a long time, but their meeting does not go as she had expected. Sirhan is furious that Iagos has failed to kill Filippos in prison, so he takes matters into his own hands at the hospital.
