September 7, 1985
In the first of ten programmes Paul Daniels inaugurates his travelling magic show and arrives at Longleat to perform magic fit for a stately home in the presence of the Marquess of Bath, and from Antiques Roadshow, Hilary Kay. He also introduces the remarkable skills of his studio guests. From the USA: Jim Mather, catching arrows out of the air with his bare hand. From Cuba: Doris and Mario with their elegant balancing skills.

September 14, 1985
In this week's show Paul Daniels travels to Silverstone where, in a death-defying escape, he matches his life against the driving skills of three times World Motor Racing Champion Jackie Stewart. He also introduces his remarkable studio guests: From the USA, the young mathematical wizard, Arthur Benjamin. From Sweden, with hilarious audience participation, Thord Malmstrom. Special guest appearance by Mike Smith.

September 21, 1985
Will Paul Daniels track Nessie to her lair ? In the company of special guest Fulton Mackay, our intrepid magician travels to Loch Ness in an attempt to prove the existence of the most famous monster in the world. He also introduces his remarkable studio guests: from New York, the impressive young mime magician Jeff McBride and from Covent Garden the intriguing toys of Cabaret Mechanical Theatre. Special guest appearance by Jimmy Peacock.

Paul Daniels accompanies Anneka Rice to investigate witchcraft and things that go bump in the night in the appropriate settings of Glastonbury Tor and Wookey Hole. He also introduces, from America, his studio guests: The popular ventriloquial comedy team, Willie Tyler and Lester, and playing music like you have never heard before, Artis the Spoonman.

October 5, 1985
This week Paul Daniels travels to Tintagel where he enlists the aid of Merlin to enact a special magical version of the legend of King Arthur. From the studio he introduces his remarkable guests: from the USA, the clown prince of magic Johnny Paul, the uncanny musical skills of Arthur Lintgen, and from Switzerland the death defying swaying pole act of The Bauers.

October 12, 1985
In this week's show Paul travels to Bath and takes a trip back into history to celebrate the magic of hot air ballooning. He also introduces his special studio guests: from Hungary, legendary magician Paul Potassy, and from Circus Roncalli in Germany, The Olympiads with their statuesque balancing skills. Special guest appearance by Penelope Keith

October 19, 1985
Join Paul Daniels for another show of comedy, magic and audience participation in which he makes a hilarious attempt to forecast the weather with special guest Ian McCaskill, welcomes back to the programme the innovative juggling trio Airjazz, and introduces from America the 'simultaneous speaking' skill of funny man Frank Rains.

In this week's show Paul returns to Longleat to become the first magician in recorded history to present outdoors the full authentic version of the Indian rope trick, and from the studio introduces the unusual ballistic skills of the American comedy magic star Ricky Jay, and from Czechoslovakia the hilarious acrobatics of the Sinekos.

November 2, 1985
Paul Daniels, in the company of his special guests Dame Vera Lynn and Wynford Vaughan Thomas, travels to the Cabinet War Rooms in Whitehall to present a special magic tribute to Sir Winston Churchill, and introduces his remarkable studio guests from the USA: Danuta, the spider goddess with her thrilling aerial display and Meir Yedid bringing a new meaning to 'sleight-of-hand'. Special guest appearance by ballet star Graham Fletcher.

November 9, 1985
Somewhere in England, Paul Daniels has hidden the most valuable, most special object imaginable. Will the studio audience, aided by special guest star Anneka Rice, be able to find it by the end of this evening's programme ? As they attempt to do so, he also introduces his studio guests: from America, the striking young mime magician Jeff McBride, returning to the show by popular demand and from Italy, bicyclists extraordinary, The Boginos.
