Designers Doug Wilson and Genevieve Gorder and carpenter Ty Pennington are on hand to help as the Delta Upsilon fraternity trades rooms with the Alpha Omicron Pi sorority. After assessing each other's digs (while the girls find the boys' place gross, the frat boys deem the female abode unwelcoming), the remodeling begins with the standard rules: two days, a budget and no peeking. The results are as extraordinary as the measures taken, which include throwing everything in the frat room out the window and lighting a bonfire of discarded stuff at the sorority house.

There are three designers on this episode — Kia, Edward, and Noelle! Noelle is one of our homeowners and she's also an interior decorator. Watch Edward Walker try to convince her to create a fake window and float the bed in the center of a master bedroom. Kia's got her hands full with a different problem — trying to recreate one of the wonders of the world, while making sure it doesn't leak all over the master bedroom. Amy Wynn tries to take some of the burden, building a television cabinet out of spare parts for Edward and, of course, struggling with that wonder of the world order from Kia. Ty Pennington isn't feeling much love as he races to complete a double armoire/desk for Vern, and to hang — and re-hang — Gen's headboard. But we think they spent more time cleaning than anything else! Meanwhile, Edward Walker and the guys redesigned Beverley's game room/den. Amy Wynn brightens everyone's day with a megawatt light fixture for Hildi and a pair of matching headboards for Laurie.

Frank tries to make a very kid infused family room a little more adult. Laurie adds a dash of southern comfort into her outdated living room. Let's hope that her homeowner's reaction to their new space doesn't make them turn ""green.""

But they'll have to watch out for the ghosts of decorating mistakes past! Kia is sent in to try and spice up of a rather bland kitchen. Will her homeowners see coriander and chili when they open their eyes? Next door, Hildi throws in some hot, vibrant colors and does a new floor technique on their old gray floors.
