The recruits who show potential will move on, while the rest sail off into the sunset.

The recruits step into boot camp and the comic book-themed "Flavor City" to battle in a superfood showdown! Then, chefs Jeff Mauro and Antonia Lofaso challenge the teams to flex their culinary muscles by cooking mussels.
