Adventurer Dave Rorsford arrives at a hotel in Ceylon carrying a gem worth a fortune, an international band of thieves immediately find out about it and make plans to steal it. A blonde named Alma also turns up at the same hotel hoping to buy the jewel. Indirectly she lures Rorsford into a trap set by the plotters.
