Sameer’s mother, Vishakha, wants to get him enrolled in a boarding school. But, her father refuses to let him go. Vishakha then bids adieu to Sameer, who is happy that he will be staying with his grandfather. Then, the situation for Naina gets a whole lot troublesome as her family members find a love letter in her notebook.

Sameer meets the school principal, who approves his admission. After the meeting, Sameer accidentally goes to the girls' washroom in desperation. Suddenly, Naina walks into the washroom and is stunned when she sees Sameer inside.

Later, Sameer remembers that he has kept Naina’s shoes in her father’s scooter’s boot space. While trying to hide the shoes from Naina, Sameer ends up giving it to her inadvertently.

Naina and Sameer are asked to deliver a speech about the ill-effects of smoking by the principal. Seeing the two together, the other girls in the school feel jealous of Naina. Later, Naina sees Sameer smoking on the roof. Sameer throws the cigarette bud in the air and it, by chance, falls inside the chemistry lab, resulting in a fire. Then, Naina is asked by the principal to reveal the name of the student who threw the cigarette bud in the lab. Will Naina reveal the truth this time too?

Naina is worried that the paper on which she has written her and Sameer’s name might end up in her father’s hand. Using her wit, Naina makes sure the paper never reaches any of her family members. While in the class, Sameer’s photo falls on the ground. Naina quickly picks it up and keeps it in her book without Sameer’s notice. Later, Jayaprakash announces that Naina has been selected for enrolment in a prestigious school.

However, midst all this, Naina finds herself in a tough spot. She has to choose between Sameer and her brother, Arjun.
