Naina and Sameer are asked to deliver a speech about the ill-effects of smoking by the principal. Seeing the two together, the other girls in the school feel jealous of Naina. Naina is worried that the paper on which she has written her and Sameer’s name might end up in her father’s hand. Using her wit, Naina makes sure the paper never reaches any of her family members. Later, Jayaprakash announces that Naina has been selected for enrolment in a prestigious school.
