Armando tells them the whole process of the assembly of Terramoda, Daniel and Marcela panic when they learn that Betty is the owner of Ecomoda.

Betty resigns and returns the company and the car. Roberto asks Armando to resign, and Armando does so, but rejects Daniel's proposal to liquidate the company. Armando goes to look for Betty, and when he is hugging her, Marcela arrives.
