Barbara Grimm, a trained interior decorator, took over her parents' farm with her husband Michael in 2017 and converted to organic farming. They specialize in viticulture and arable farming. About 450 hectares belong to the family farm in the Franconian town of Külsheim. In addition to wine, the Grimm family grows organic vegetables and cereals - spelt, wheat, barley, corn, peas, potatoes, pumpkins, chickpeas, soybeans, hemp or millet. Caraway, anise or coriander are also a specialty. Their vineyards are the Külsheimer Hoher Herrgott, the Kembacher Sonnenberg and the Tauberbischofsheimer Edelberg. They also produce the white specialty Blanc de Noir. In addition, there are classics. Barbara loves the manual work in the vineyard. They designed their wine shop and wine lounge themselves.
