Jan's insistence that the timetables need to be filled out is making the staff very unhappy, and Franz and Bea reach an agreement concerning her ex-husband. Pippa asks Peet to leave Elise alone for now, and Elise gets the shock of her life when she recognizes a patient.

Jan needs to think on his feet when Rachel shows up unexpectedly, and Peet tries to find out why Elise is so upset.

Franz, for his own selfish reasons, wants Gideon to accept At's offer, while Sonja tries to find out from Bea why Gys had to find another place to stay. Gys gives Alexa an answer.
